The Epilepsy Therapy Project supports the commercialization of new therapies through direct grants and investments in promising academic and commercial projects.

 

Danny Did Foundation 

The Danny Did Foundation holds the mission to prevent deaths caused by seizures. The foundation advances awareness of SUDEP and of technology and devices that can help families to combat seizures.

 

The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation was formed by Julie and Doug Hutchison to help individuals, particularly children and young adults, who have epilepsy in memory of their daughter, Chelsea. The main focus is to raise funds to provide grants for trained seizure-response dogs, SmartWatches and Emfit Monitors for those in need.

 

Purple Peace Foundation

Purple Peace Foundation was founded in March 2012, in memory of Amanda Brady. It is the mission of our Foundation to raise awareness about epilepsy and provide support to those living with epilepsy. It is our goal to raise funds in order to provide tools which may improve the quality of life for someone living with epilepsy, to support epilepsy research, and to increase awareness and education about epilepsy.

 

JoshProvides Epilepsy Endowment Fund has been established to educate, increase awareness, and provide financial assistance for people living with epilepsy. JoshProvides strives to eliminate the negative stigma that is associated with epilepsy. JoshProvides’ goal is to provide financial assistance for those people living with epilepsy who are in need of help to pay for all or a portion of the expenses they incur for: (1) organizing support groups; (2) transportation expenses to and from home, school, medical services and employment; and (3) prescription medication and medical expenses not covered by private medical insurance, other reimbursement plans, or government-funded programs.

 

As President and Founder of the Epilepsy Warriors Susan Noble is striving to reach as many people within the local communities to help educate and bring an end to the stigma of Epilepsy. They are currently raising funds for Epilepsy Resource Centers and for technological devices for those in need.

 

The mission of Erics’s Corner is to raise awareness of Epilepsy and to help connect local families with the resources they need to deal with the challenges of Epilepsy in the Tri-Valley area of Northern California.

The Epilepsy Alliance of Orange County has a long history of providing successful programs in two languages for people with epilepsy of all ages.
